Ashton Hockey Club AGM 2021

Dear member,

The AGM will be held online via Zoom on Monday 14th June at 8pm. Log in details will follow but your ability to join online will be required in order to participate and for the casting of votes.

As a member you are invited to put forward nominations for committee positions as set out on the agenda (please find attached). Nominations require a proposer and a seconder.

You are also invited to put forward any proposals for the AGM. Proposals require a proposer and seconder. You are required to return your nominations and proposals to the club secretary by email karen.stokes8@gmail.com on or before Monday 7th June.
